Chocolate Molten Cake

Chocolate Molten Cake

Makes 4 servings
Use cooking spray on 4 custard type baking dishes

4 oz semi sweet choc
1 cube salted butter
Micro 1 min – mix till blended and smooth

2 eggs
2 egg yokes
Stir into butter and chocolate mixture until smooth

1 cup powdered sugar
6 T flour

Add to previous mixture and mix until smooth
Pour into four prepared (sprayed with Pam) baking cups

Bake @ 425 FOR 14 MIN
Cool for 5 min

I made this again last night for freinds. It is so rich must serve with milk or ice cream or whipping cream. Strawberries are a nice compliment. Everyone loved it. Also I mix it ahead and just let it sit on the counter. I cook it right before serving.
