Summer Pie

Pie crust for 9" pie

2 cups sliced peaches
2 cups raspberries
1 cup half and half
1 egg
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

heat oven to 400
prepare fruit, mix together and spoon into uncooked pie shell

Combine Half & Half, egg, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix well

Pour over fruit.

Bake for 50 min until firm.

Cool completely serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

One of Aunt Lucille's favorites and I love it too. I always think of her when I make and serve this. Very fresh.
