RootBeer Float Ice Cream

4 egg yokes
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk

Mix well cook on med heat until light boil
Turn down heat continue to cook on low heat until a light custard forms

Remove from heat stir in:
1 cup heavy cream
3cups half and half
1 can condensed sweetened milk
2 to 3 teaspoons root beer flavoring

Freeze in ice cream freezer
Harden 3 to 4 hours

One: it is very good!
Two: I can use egg yokes and sweetened milk left over from other dishes!
