Ingredients
6 cups Bread Four
2 T Yeast
2 T Sugar
1 T Kosher Salt (1 1/2 tsp table salt)
2 Cups very Warm (not scalding) Water
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Instructions
Wish flour, yeast, sugar and salt together.
Add water and oil
Mix until dough forms
Then kneed for 4 minutes
Cover and let raise (30 minuets)
Divide in half place in prepared pans (Prepare pans by lightly spraying or brushing with oil)
Drizzle 1 T olive oil on top
Score top with very sharp knife Place loaves on the middle rack of a cold oven with a pan filled with hot tap water on the rack below it.
Close the oven, set the heat at 400 degrees F, and start a timer for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, remove the pans from the oven, carefully transfer bread out of the pans and onto a cooling rack to cool completely. (Feel free to baste the crust with melted butter while still warm, if preferred.)
