Chicken Cordon Blue Sauce

Chicken Cordon Blue Sauce (Use as gravy for chicken when serving if desired)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup lemon juice
blend and heat on low heat, DO NOT BOIL!

Serve over Cordon Bleu!
