INGREDIENTS
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
Serving suggestions: Powdered sugar, butter, syrup, jams.
DIRECTIONS
- Place butter in 13-in. X 9in. X2in. baking dish pan in the oven while it preheats so that the butter melts. Place the eggs, milk, flour and salt in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour the batter into the melted butter in the middle of the baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
