Lemon Cheese Pie

3 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 T lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt

Blend all together pour into 9" par baked pie crust
Bake at 325 for 40 to 50 min until well set
